Castle Hill Court is a small estate of twenty private apartments, situated in lovely landscaped grounds. We are a ten minute walk from the picturesque village of Prestbury.
Castle Hill Court (Prestbury) Ltd is the Freeholder of the apartments, and adjoining land and the estate is owned by the residents. Each apartment holds one share in the company and as such is an equal shareholder (20 issued shares being 100% of the capital). The Company is managed, on a voluntary basis, by a group of Directors who are also shareholders. The Directors manage the day to day running of the Company on behalf of the shareholders.
The website has been created to provide residents with easy access to information about Castle Hill Court. Some of the information, About Us, is available to the public and some, Company Business, is password protected and only available to shareholders.
